"EQ: Understanding & Utilizing Your Intelligences"


Presented by Julie Geeting


Join us to learn more about tuning in to consider your inner wisdom and how your intelligences can foster more contentment in life.

Julie Geeting is a Community Health Educator with Mental Health America of Eastern Missouri. In addition, she is also a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. As a clinician, she specializes in an integrated approach to therapy and coaching, with a special interest in the role of increasing well-being, purpose, and awareness to improve overall mental and physical health.

As a coach, Julie uses the Anthropedia model, which uses an evidence-based, educational curriculum to help individuals build fundamentals for mental and emotional health, as well as increased awareness and well-being. Her training as a counselor and coach is enhanced by career experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, giving Julie a unique understanding of the challenges individuals face today.

Chapter Members do not need to register for this meeting.  Guests can register for $20 on our website.

Veteran members - don't forget to bring your name tag.  If you can't find your name tag, please contact Amy at amy@rizeupstl.com and she will make a new one for you.  If this is your first in-person meeting, we will create a name tag for you.

A reminder that our trade table is available to swap out business-related resources, such as books, bags, and home office materials.
