NAPO St. Louis June Program

Prevent Procrastination

The best form of procrastination? Rewrite your to-do list!

During this presentation, you will learn how to create a to-do list and action plan that will prevent procrastination instead of keeping you on the hamster wheel of frustration and inefficiency.

Attendees will come away with steps they can take to decrease their procrastination and increase completion. They can use these steps personally or share them with clients who may be struggling to get things done. There will be multiple tips, tools and strategies so that everyone comes away with at least one or two golden nuggets to act on.

Learning Objectives:

1. Learn the 5 steps to create an effective to-do list.

2. Discover the process that will banish your procrastination habits.

3. Uncover the keys to getting your to-do's accomplished.

Our Presenter - Jennifer Stewart

We all have the right to be free of technology frustration and stress. That is the belief that has been driving Jennifer Stewart, owner of Gateway Productivity, to patiently train her clients since 2011. She helps them eliminate email overwhelm, organize their digital files and learn how to be more efficient with all of their technology.

Jennifer loves the lightbulb moments when a client no longer experiences technology frustration because they finally have the knowledge they were missing. Jennifer is a past NAPO conference speaker, a past President of the NAPO-St. Louis chapter, a former Technology Special Interest Group Co-Chair for NAPO National, a musician and she loves nature and animals.
